Robertson Bell Fundraising are working with an expanding UK charity which supports young people and mental health to recruit a Senior Development Manager to maximise opportunities to grow this exponentially and ensure that their work supports an ever-increasing audience.

The Senior Development Manager post is a key role in the continued growth of the fundraising team, you will be responsible for delivering on the development of the strategy and build the organisations unrestricted income.

Key responsibilities
*Reviewing, developing and managing the major donor programmes which ensures that there is a robust, clear, accountable and consistent process
*Working with the director to define the development pipeline and communicating the key information to stakeholders across the organisation
*Manage and monitor the portfolio of major donors and very high profile individuals ensuring a strategic approach to fundraising

The successful candidate will have significant experience in raising large multi-year funding, including six figure donations, from a range of donors including trusts & foundations, corporate and high value individuals/partnerships. You will have an excellent track record of developing new relationships and securing income from new donors and organisations using effective relationship development with senior contacts in organisations including high value individuals.
