We are working with a world famous international humanitarian charity in London on a newly created Head of Supporter Experience vacancy.

The Head of Supporter Experience will lead the supporter experience team and will develop and implement a strategy for delivering exceptional supporter experiences that drive engagement and lifetime value from individual giving supporters.

This position will embed an insight-led, supporter driven and evidence-based approach to communications with both potential and existing supporters, including in the development of new offers, products and propositions for individual giving audiences.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the charity in this new role with a mandate to shape and deliver an unrivalled supporter experience, and develop best practice that will leave a lasting impression with supporters as well as external and internal; stakeholders,

We are looking for someone with a keen understanding of the drivers of customer/ supporter retention and lifetime value, along with experience of generating actionable insights and evidence-based decision-making.
