Senior Direct Marketing Officer (Retention)
Prospectus is excited to be partnering with international animal welfare organisation SPANA to source their new Senior Direct Marketing Officer (Retention) to join their proactive and progressive donor marketing and wider fundraising team.
SPANA's mission is to improve the welfare of working animals in the world's poorest communities. They do this through treatment, training and teaching. They provide free veterinary care when animals suffer or when emergencies strike. They build expertise among vets and promote humane care by animal owners, and they teach children to develop positive believes, respect and compassion towards animals.
Reporting to the Direct Marketing Manager, the Senior Direct Marketing Officer (Retention) will focus on managing direct marketing campaigns including using data to develop, implement, manage, monitor and evaluate campaigns with a focus on retention of existing donors. Responsibilities will also include working with agencies and suppliers to project manage the full cycle of direct marketing campaigns.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in project managing marketing campaigns from concept to evaluation. The Senior Direct Marketing Officer (Retention) will have strong knowledge of direct marketing techniques especially mail and telemarketing within the beyond profit sector. SPANA are looking for someone proactive and creative to join their passionate and driven team.
