Fundraising and Events Administrator
My client, a leading and dynamic children's charity, are looking for a switched-on Fundraising and Events Administrator to support the Fundraising Manager and Major Partnerships Executive on a temporary basis with the potential for a long term opportunity for candidate successful in the role.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong administrator, with the understanding and experience of what it takes to work within a busy fundraising and events team, to take on an incredibly varied role that will offer development and growth within a dynamic charity!
You will provide dedicated administrative support to the fundraising team, with the support and guidance of the Executive Assistant, working on challenge events, conducting research on new income streams, managing supporter/donor enquiries, assist with fundraising communication and literature, developing fundraising packs as well as updating the database with new donor information.
This will be a very busy role and you will need to be flexible and hit the ground running in order to be successful in the role. Ideally you will have experience with gift aid and demonstrate a high standard of written communication with the understanding of how to provide a first-class customer service to a broad supporter base.
