Our client is looking for 2 motivated Community and Events Fundraising Officers to join a well-respected team responsible for full project management of a range of community and events activities.

This is an exciting time to join the charity as they launch a new five-year organisational strategy with high aspirations; they need brilliant people to help achieve their ambitious fundraising goals. This is an exciting opportunity to steward fundraising teams of significant size, with the flexibility to work on a mixture of both community and events fundraising projects.

The organisation puts people affected by MS at the centre of everything they do, and it is this commitment that unites people across the UK. Their work is based on the hopes and aspirations of people affected by MS, from grassroots campaigning to the funding of groundbreaking research, providing information and specialist care.

In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering current fundraising products to target, and for innovating, developing and delivering new fundraising activities. You'll also be monitoring and evaluating all products to create opportunities for future growth. This role is customer-focused and you'll spend lots of time stewarding amazing supporters to maximise their fundraising.

The portfolio is well-established and includes a mixture of community and events activities, runs, cycles and challenges and UK and overseas treks. You'll have contact with event participants and supporters and manage relationships with a number of third party agencies, while working with other colleagues in the Community and Events team.

Furthermore, this charity champions personal development and would encourage the successful applicants to engage in a variety of both internal and external training and development opportunities.
