Robertson Bell are recruiting an Interim Director of Supporter Experience for our London based client for a minimum 5 month contract period.

Our clients Supporter Experience Team has been established to help lead the organisations new supporter engagement approach in which they are transforming their relationships with their hugely valued supporters. You will be joining the leadership team of the new ambitious directorate and play an integral role in helping to embed the new transformational supporter engagement strategy.

You will lead a team responsible for supporter insight, strategic performance, supporter/customer journeys, innovation and new product development. The team is established, dynamic and knowledgeable, the plan is in place and we are looking for you to bring your experience and expertise to drive high performance and impact over coming months.

You will have most likely worked in a commercial environment or developed customer-led strategies in the charity or public sector. Crucially you understand how to drive organisational change to enable the "customer" to be at the heart of decision making to drive great value- for both the customer and organisation. You will have significant senior leadership experience within a large and complex environment, with responsibility for making recommendations at a strategic level. A track record of influencing at a senior level. Substantial experience in an equivalent supporter engagement or marketing environment,with a clear track record of delivering successful audience-focused programmes across a broad mix of channels & techniques and experience of leading and implementing complex business change programmes.
