Freelance External Supervisors - School Home Support

Freelance External Supervisor x 2 (London and surrounding areas) – ability to travel, and access to a car is desirable
Hours & Location - Flexible hours, with delivery of External Supervision sessions at schools across London and surrounding areas, as well as occasional attendance at our client's office (Stratford, East London) for meetings. Please note that successful candidates are not guaranteed work straight away, as the charity is currently expanding the service and looking to build up a pool of supervisors.
Salary – up to £25 per hour depending on experience
The External Supervision sessions are delivered on a 1-1 or small group basis and focus on caseload support and best practice guidance for practitioners in a variety of roles such as Heads of year, Family Support Workers, CP Leads, and Inclusion Managers. Sessions are usually 1.5hrs duration and delivered monthly for as a series of ten sessions. External Supervisors are responsible for delivery of sessions, writing up a summary of session focus and agreed actions, and maintaining communications with the charity and client link person(s). Performance and impact of supervision sessions are monitored by the organisation through regular feedback with client link person and those receiving supervision.
Applicants should have previous experience of delivering Supervision to practitioners and be occupationally competent and knowledgeable in working in the Education or Social Care sector. Roles require an enhanced DBS check.
