Achieving a high level of engagement with their people is key to achieving their ambitious goals and delivering their key change programmes together. Communication is a big part of that but there are many other elements to successful engagement too.

A key part of the role is to continually improve the charity's engagement and communications approach, including the use of new technologies and innovations. This role will also develop and deliver the annual engagement and communications plan.

The role will be responsible for one direct report and the internal communication resources such as our intranet site and internal communication publications and channels, as well as their staff survey.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced and talented, digitally savvy employee engagement and communications person with initiative and vision.
