Our client is looking to expand on their Trusts and Foundations fundraising activity by recruiting for an experienced Trusts Officer, with a proven track record of success in soliciting and managing five and six figure grants to help them reach their ambitious goals.

Hours: 37.5 Hours per week
Salary: *£28,110 - £29,590 (*starting salary) plus £3,000 non pensionable market supplement

They have spent the past year building the foundations for their Trusts and Foundations income stream with really positive outcomes.

Joining the Major Gifts team, you will be responsible for identifying and articulating fundable opportunities and, using a pipeline approach, submitting high quality proposals to potential funders. You will oversee implementation of the grants you win, ensuring that funder conditions are adhered to and you’ll undertake appropriate reporting.

You’ll be a highly-organised self-starter with excellent written English and the ability to proactively seek out funding opportunities. You’ll also have a good grasp of legal, governance and risk issues. You’ll share the determination to help RAF personnel and their families who have sacrificed so much in the service of their country – and you’ll be able to inspire this passion in others.

The post is based at our client's Head Office in Leicester.
