To help achieve their ambitions, English National Ballet is seeking an experienced Philanthropy Manager to develop and expand ENB’s major donor pool with particular emphasis on securing new gifts of £20,000 and above, and cultivating existing donors with the capacity to increase their gift.  You will manage your own portfolio of donors and be responsible for a personal target of c. £500,000 as well as contributing to the overall Capital campaign target.

To be successful in this role you will need significant experience working on individual giving fundraising, personally securing gifts of £10,000 and above and progressing relationships with prospects and/or donors. You will be a sophisticated and diplomatic communicator, with the confidence to build strong internal and external relationships at a senior level.  Your proven networking and organisational abilities will support you in creating and sustaining long-term relationships with high-level donors and volunteers, to realise ambitious targets.
