The NSPCC Individual Giving department is looking for a motivated, well organised and experienced Fundraising Manager to join the team. Reporting to the Senior Fundraising Manager, the post holder will manage a team to deliver two key areas of the Supporter Development programme; the gaming programme including Raffle and Weekly Lottery; and loyalty and engagement strategy including welcome and reactivation programmes.
As part of the Supporter Development team you will play a key part in building loyalty and engagement through direct marketing techniques as well as maximising income and lifetime value amongst our existing supporters. This role is central to improving cross-sell to our large regular giving base by reviewing and optimising our reactivation programme and growing our raffle and weekly lottery programmes. The ideal candidate will be comfortable developing strategies and delivering large direct and digital based programmes. They will also be comfortable working with budgets and reforecast as well as monitoring and improving campaign and programme effectiveness.
Candidates for the position should have experience in:
• Managing audience led engagement and income generating marketing campaigns
• Developing and managing digital fundraising activity
• Developing and managing cross sell and gaming programmes– Forecasting and reporting on substantial income and expenditure budgets
• Managing a team, a range of agency relationships and multiple projects simultaneously
