Harris Hill are delighted to be working with one of the UK leading cancer charities to recruit a Senior New Business Manager to develop new corporate partnerships throughout the UK. With the flexibility to be London office or home based, you will lead on developing the corporate new business strategy.

Please note: This role can be home-based anywhere in the UK or based in the London Head Office.

Key responsibilities include:
+ Taking a proactive approach to developing a 6-figure new business pipeline
+ Securing a range of partnerships (commercial, sponsorship, COTY) through compelling propositions and pitches
+ Line managing and leading a team to achieve personal and team income targets
+ Working collaboratively across the organisation to maximise proposal materials and messages
+ Managing key relationships with internal and external stakeholders

The successful candidate will:
+ Have experience of line managing and coaching a team
+ Have demonstrable successful experience in identifying opportunities, developing a prospect pipeline, pitching and winning new partnerships
+ Have excellent new business skills in a corporate fundraising, sales or business development environment
+ Be an excellent communicator, including written, verbal and presenting skills
