The CRM, Supporter Stewardship & Fundraising Performance Team works to unlock Breast Cancer Care’s potential to build stronger relationships with our supporters and service users. This is achieved through understanding our audiences (and championing their interests) as well as creating an inquisitive culture to encourage analysis and progress across the organisation.
The team is responsible for the charity’s CRM database (Blackbaud Enterprise CRM) which is a strategic initiative to ensure that Breast Cancer Care offers the best service to its external contacts, i.e. clients, volunteers, campaigners and supporters. This is a key role within that strategic initiative.
The post’s primary responsibility revolves around the selection and subsequent preparation of data for use in digital and postal mailings. This requires a high level of attention to detail, ideally a good working knowledge of Excel, with Access knowledge an advantage. There will be other tasks involving analysis, reporting, data import / export and CRM configuration. This is a varied role and the post-holder will have the opportunity to work on all project lifecycle stages and with all teams across the organisation.
Breast Cancer Care is an inclusive employer committed to developing a diverse workforce.
