Restricted Funding Manager
Prospectus is offering an exciting opportunity as Restricted Fundraising Manager with an influential international development charity. This is a diverse role, which requires data analysis, strategy development/implementation, project management and relationship building. This is an incredible opportunity for someone with strong people management skills who can lead and develop the Restricted Funding team to make a real difference to those in crisis globally.
Managing a team of four, the Restricted Funding Manager will lead on key projects, delivering cross departmental change, and will lead on engagement with UK and international operations. You will be supporting the Head of Program Funding to clarify priority funding needs and manage issues and challenges to maximise restricted fund income. In this role you will specifically lead on the production, development and implementation of the restricted funding information strategy, reporting on progress against restricted fundraising targets.
The successful candidate will have substantial experience in fundraising, especially programme fundraising, or service delivery within the voluntary or public sector. The ability to build strong relationships with multiple stakeholders will be essential, so excellent interpersonal and communication skills are vital.
