It is an exciting and challenging time for Neighbourhood Watch, as we embark on a modernisation programme to better equip, service, support and grow our membership to bring communities together and protect them against current and new forms of crime.

The Board is committed to delivering an ambitious new strategic plan, and is now looking to appoint a Chief Executive to provide strategic and transformational leadership to envision and deliver significant change.

We are looking for someone with experience of leading in a complex operating environment, skilled at building organisational capacity and using a collaborative approach to lead change, mobilise communities and manage significant stakeholders such as the Home Office, the police service and Police and Crime Commissioners.  Critically, you will be able to work at both a strategic and operational level across a range of functions including marketing, income generation, external relations and financial management.

Importantly, you are passionate about devising innovative and workable solutions to prevent crime and create stronger and safer communities.
