We are the largest UK breast cancer charity with a growing brand and an exciting new organisational strategy which offers a range of opportunities for companies to partner with us. 
This exciting role will maximise income and engagement from Trust, Major Donor and Special Events supporters to enable Breast Cancer Now to deliver its vision of making breast cancer a survivable disease by 2050. We have a strong track record in these areas and the Philanthropy team will raise over £4.4m in 17/18. Our Trust programme generates £2.7m and we benefit from three major special events including The Bigger Bounce Ball will raises over £1m pa. Our Major Donor programme is in the early stages of development but has great potential to grow and full organisational support. This role will lead a team of 9 to cultivate excellent multi year relationships with Philanthropy supporters.   About you
We are seeking an experienced, skilled and enthusiastic Assistant Director with expert knowledge of best practice in Major Gifts fundraising and experience of securing six figure gifts/grants. You will lead the team and build excellent relationships with senior internal and external contacts to galvanise the huge potential of our supporters to enable the research discoveries which will save lives. This is an opportunity for the right individual to make a transformational impact on our fundraising programme.
