They are currently seeking a customer driven team player to join them in the role of Income Assistant. This is an exciting, varied and challenging developmental opportunity in which you will manage rent arrears case work within the income recovery team. The team deliver exceptional customer service to residents on their rent accounts, are approachable and friendly and will offer you supportive on-the-job training.
In return you will assist the team to achieve its financial targets, by printing arrears reports and letters, drafting letters and emails, serving legal notices, conducting home visits and office based interviews, making and receiving phone calls, processing payments, maintaining records and supporting sign up sessions.
They are looking for an individual who absorbs information, learns quickly, goes above and beyond and is equipped with outstanding written and verbal communication skills. You will be excited by the prospect of developing new skills, undertaking a wide variety of tasks and taking part in an intensive, challenging and rewarding training programme.
