Our client, a prestigious charity is offering a unique opportunity to join them as their new Executive Committee Secretary. This role would be home based with various meetings to attend through out the year. It offers flexible hours and is ideal for someone looking for a 30 hour a week role.

Key responsibilities for the Executive Committee Secretary:

Sole responsibility for servicing all Trustee and Committee Meetings
Writing and distributing the minutes
Implementing action points arising out of Trustee and Committee meetings
Organising various events through out the year, including dinners and symposia
Preparation of budgets and all other projects and authorising funding
Sole responsibility for servicing all Trustee and Committee Meetings
Overseeing the preparation of information on Funds' activities for the Annual Report

Essential criteria for the Executive Committee Secretary:

Substantial experience in a similar role including stakeholder engagement of senior academics
Educated to degree level or equivalent
Proficient with the use of Microsoft office
Ability to manage income and expenditure
Outstanding record keeping skills
Brilliant organisational and attention to detail ability
Strong experience of contract negotiation and change management
