About them:
This Housing Group believes that good homes makes for better lives, providing affordable homes in mixed communities and in the heart of London.  They develop, own and manage over 4500 properties across tenures and provide a range of support services and community projects to meet the diverse needs of our customers. Their aim is to be reliable, responsive and respectful, and provide a service that customers really value.

The Development Team is responsible for the development programme of affordable rented housing, supported housing, care facilities, key worker accommodation, private sale and shared ownership schemes.  Their approach to development is to employ the best affordable technology and working practices. The schemes are designed to respect the environment and reduce the negative environmental impact of development through effective waste management, energy and water conservation enabling them to provide living spaces people choose to live in.

About the role:
The Assistant Project Manager will assist the Development Team in the delivery of new projects. As Assistant Project Manager, you’ll liaise with internal and external clients helping to deliver the new homes programmes and ensuring that essential data is collected, retained and correctly reported. You will have the opportunity to gain an understanding of the development process from an experienced and diverse team and will be supported in the project management of less complex projects.

About you:
They are looking for someone who is creative, delivers practical solutions, and is flexible in meeting other’s needs. You must be well organised, able to prioritise your own workload and have experience dealing with the public. Ideally you will be experienced in using a housing management system, though this is not essential.
