Can you protect, grow and diversify our income locally and nationally?

We are looking for an outstanding candidate to run a first-class propositions and bidding function for Citizens Advice. With deep experience of securing funds from a wide range of statutory and commercial funders you will relish the challenge of positioning the service as preferred supplier in our chosen markets.

In this challenging role you will be accountable for propositions valued at around £40m per annum. You’ll be driven, organised, politically aware and ambitious, with exemplary judgement and ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with one of the most recognisable charities in England and Wales.  Our organisation is unique. From 2,700 locations, we directly help 2.7 million people to solve their problems each year. Through these interactions we see first-hand, and in real time, the problems faced by people across England and Wales. Our amazing data allows us to spot emerging issues quickly, often even before government. This makes us uniquely placed to develop effective solutions and deliver impactful change.
