Our client is looking to recruit a Regional Partnership Manager who is experienced, dynamic, self-motivated and able to lead the work of the organisation in the Midlands.  The role of Regional Partnership Manager – Midlands will require someone with experience of identifying, developing and maintaining key relationships in the NHS and other organisations alongside fostering excellent relationships with clients and supporters.

Location: Midlands area with travel to their national centre on the outskirts of Bristol
Benefits: 25 days holiday per year + bank holidays + additional days over Christmas and New Year period

The Regional Partnership Manager will ensure the successful implementation of this charity’s operational plan for the area.  This will include coordination, promotion and delivery of local services to people affected by cancer.  The ability to work independently and remotely is key to this post as is the ability to form relationships with the national services team. Experience of leading a team, managing existing contracts and achieving KPIs is essential for this role.

The way in which they help people is known as the Bristol Whole Life Approach which provides a powerful combination of physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual support that is designed to help anyone affected by cancer, at any stage of the disease. They do this through residential courses, group sessions and 1-2-1 complementary therapies. They work in partnership with many major healthcare providers and their services are underpinned by evidence based research.
