Finance Assistant - Part Time
My client, a community charity that is based in Brixton, South London, is looking to recruit an experienced Finance Assistant into their organisation, on a temporary and part time basis (2-3 days per week) for the duration of around 3 4 weeks.
Duties will include:
- Using SAGE 50
- Inputting supplier invoices and payments
- Processing direct debits forms and amendments.Â The direct debit system is currently manual; the organisation are in the process of transferring to an online system in time for their June subscription run
- Inputting monthly payroll and pension information
- Reconciling bank statements
- Supporting with junior bookkeeping
- General administration
To be considered for this role, you will have previous finance experience and will be happy to provide general admin support to the team. You will also be happy to commit to a part time and temporary assignment (2-3 days per week).
