HR Business Partner
TPP are working on behalf of a leading membership body and have this fantastic opportunity for a forward thinking HR professional to join their progressive award winning HR team.
As a HR Business Partner, you'll use your positive attitude, HR knowledge and communication and influencing skills to support the senior and middle managers to achieve the shared organisational objectives. In particular you will implement HR systems, processes and practice that support the organisations strategic aims and operational plans.
You will design, develop and implement solutions across the breadth of operational HR activity that address actions emanating from your insights, supporting our senior managers to anticipate and respond to organisational issues. Every day will be filled with possibilities as you find new ways to shape change and nurture the development of the business by delivering a robust and proactive HR service.
As a senior member of the HR Operations Team, you'll provide confidential advice and guidance on a range of complex employment relations issues and assist with the planning and implementation of change.
You will be an excellent communicator who is confident at expressing your own point of view in challenging circumstances; and skilled at both fostering constructive working relationships with management and building genuine partnership with trade unions in support of the achievement of shared business objectives.
Possessing an excellent working knowledge of all employment legislation, you will hold CIPD membership supported by a Level 7 HR qualification.
