Business Development Manager
An exciting, new, senior role in the organisation that has quickly become widely recognised and highly respected throughout the UK as the national expert in all forms of work experience, principally through the Work Experience Quality Standard which Fair Train created and owns.
Alongside on-going stewardship of our existing organisations, the Business Development Manager will forge new relationships in all sectors to help secure new accreditations and, so, increase the availability of work experience of the highest possible quality, thereby ensuring the most productive and fulfilling experience for employers, learning providers and learners. In doing this, and through other activities, s/he will play a major part in building the organisation’s sustainable revenue streams.
This will be demanding but extremely fulfilling work. The Business Development Manager will be a key member of the team, fully involved in all aspects of business development, strategy and operations in this broad, fascinating and multi-faceted role.
