A great opportunity has arisen for a Marketing and Events Manager for a school based in central London in order to plan and co-ordinate the activities of the marketing campaigns, whilst driving brand awareness and building on the considerable reputation and success of this thriving school.

Key Responsibilities will include:

Working to preserve and work within the brand guide guidelines
Positive presence on the internet both advertising and editorial
Manage school s reputation on relevant blogs
Positive presence in printed press
Oversee Annual Information Booklet (AIB)
Manage promotional marketing materials e.g prospectus etc.
Produce annual school magazine; Spectrum
Keeping website up to date with news, calendar, parent letters, concerts etc.
Draw up events calendar with clear aims
Adequate planning time
Appropriate levels of staff supervision
Preparation and dissemination of Events advertising information
Monitoring progress of event-planning to ensure efficient delivery and completion
Oversee and manage internal events
Undertake effective evaluation and review of event-management

In order to apply you should have the following skills and experience:

Proven working experience of marketing and events management, ideally within the educational sector
Proven ability to manage events
Tact and diplomacy to deal with people in a professional manner in all circumstances
Ability to use own initiative
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent planning and organisational skills
Experience of managing budgets
Good ICT skills
