We are seeking a Director of Income Generation and Marketing to develop our income through our next stage of growth to ensure we deliver a powerful voice for our members alongside real policy change. Building on our existing restricted funding, the Director of Income Generation and Marketing will develop both our voluntary and earned income, particularly maximizing opportunities arising from our campaigns and high public profile. She will also develop our communications strategy to ensure we achieve maximum impact and will oversee operations to ensure we are fit for purpose as the Charity grows to the next level.

We are seeking an ambitious and collegiate leader with a proven track record of income generation, particularly from unrestricted funding.  You will have developed broad fundraising strategies that have delivered real growth and have experience of successfully diversifying income. You will be financially astute and have either direct or indirect experience of working with policy, public affairs, media and communications functions. As a supportive leader, committed to staff development, you will be used to working with senior colleagues to maximise opportunities and structures that ultimately deliver impact for our members and beneficiaries. Crucially, you will be a feminist who understands that gender inequality is a cause and consequence of violence against women.
