Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice Care provides supportive and end of life care for people affected by cancer or other serious progressive illness. Phyllis Tuckwell is based in Farnham and Guildford and serves a population of 550,000 across West Surrey and NE Hampshire.

Community Fundraising Manager
37 hours per week
Salary £25,000 - £28,500 per annum (dependent on experience)

Phyllis Tuckwell is looking to appoint an experienced Community Fundraising Manager to join our income generation team. This role will manage the Community Fundraising team and will be responsible for the delivery of our Community Fundraising budget.

A full driving licence and car is required for this position.

The successful applicant will have

  • Experience in Community Fundraising or relevant professional transferable skills/experience.
  • Line management experience.
  • Understanding of budget management.
  • Knowledge of the Hospice catchment area
  • Understanding of Raisers Edge or equivalent CRM database.
  • Excellent personable and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a busy team.
  • Experience of working with volunteers.
