Job Title:  Senior/ Programme Funding Officer

Salary:  £27,000 to £39,000

Location: London

We are working in partnership with a leading health charity dedicated to helping children and young people.  The charity is seeking to recruit a Senior Programme Funding Officer and a Programme Funding Officer.  The purpose of these roles will be to maximise income from major trusts, foundations, the lottery and Government sources.

The successful candidates will need to demonstrate:

  • Degree or equivalent proven employment experience
  • Proven track record of securing grants and trusts against challenging targets
  • Exceptional writing skills and experience of developing and writing high quality trust or statutory proposals
  • Experience of building relationships with external funding bodies and internal contacts

The post holders will be able to work flexibly in a team and under their own initiative and have a high level of attention to detail.  You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritise and work to tight and conflicting deadlines.  If you feel you have the skills and experience to succeed in these roles then we look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible.
