Full Time 35 hours p/w - £26,000 – £29,000

We need a self-motivated, talented Fundraising and Communications Manager who can deliver exceptional outcomes.

If you can develop and maintain excellent working relationships and are entrepreneurial with the ability to meet challenging annual fundraising targets we really want to hear from you.

Working for YMCA Derbyshire connects you directly into the global YMCA, the oldest and largest non- uniformed youth charity in the world.  Your ability as a natural communicator with a strong understanding of the power of social media will be essential.

This role underpins all of YMCA Derbyshire’s core business which includes providing:

  • accommodation to people who find themselves temporarily without housing
  • tailored support to young people through coaching, mentoring and group activity
  • training and education courses for young people aged 16-19 through our Key College
  • a range of family services for children aged 4-11

Working closely with the Chief Executive and accountable to the senior leadership team this role is an opportunity to make a real difference.

Co-ordinating all marketing activities, the post holder will work closely with colleagues and external agencies to ensure YMCA Derbyshire’s communication and marketing needs are fulfilled.
