Community Partnerships Manager
Robertson Bell Fundraising are recruiting for a permanent candidate to join our Essex based client as their Community Partnerships Manager.
You will be responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of community fundraising activity to achieve a annual budget target in excess of 520K. Undertaking he day to day management of third party fundraising across your catchment area to ensure the business plan and budgeted income for the team is achieved. You will also contribute to the wider fundraising and marketing strategy working closely with the Director/Head of Fundraising.
As expected you will be develop excellent relationship across the organisation with staff, volunteers, supporters and suppliers working collaboratively and transparently developing possible joint fundraising activities and partnerships and of course providing excellent donor care.
You will need experience of working in community fundraising in a similar role, good knowledge of fundraising best practice and legal requirements, working knowledge of H&S and public liability issues when running events/fundraising activities, experience public speaking to large groups, be a strong team player with a proven track record of supervising/ managing people and have good analytical skills with the ability to research and analyse potential new ventures in the fundraising arena.
You will need a full driving licence for this position.
