Head of Marketing and Audience Engagement
We are currently looking for a Head of Marketing and Engagement for a National charity.
This role is supporting the Director of Marketing and Communications.
You will be part of the Senior Management team and part of the Communications and Marketing Leadership team.
You will line manage 4 Managers in the largest department of the organisation.
Key Skills and Experience:
Digital Marketing, Digital content and Digital Product development: The charity is looking for someone with experience working on national scale projects with a good understanding of what digital transformation means.
You are a Senior Manager or a Head of level who is looking to manage a multi-discipline team for a large brand.
Marketing, Membership Communications and Internal Communication: You will be a strong personality who can show you have taken the lead on strategic decisions.
Strong understanding of national advertising, large scale digital products and brand awareness on a national scale.
40% of your time will be spent leading the team to achieve.
Create a unified approach to internal and external audience engagement and promote the organisation's brand.
Drive volunteer recruitment.
Develop and lead the charity's creative marketing, audience engagement and digital strategies.
This is a permanent post, based in the heart of London and very commutable.
