Communications & Supporter Engagement Manager
I am currently working on behalf of a health research charity and in this growing team, boasts a progressive ethos and most importantly, a relaxed, friendly and sociable working culture.
Due to an increasing workload, they are now looking to recruit a new Communications & Supporter Engagement Manager on a permanent basis to join their small and dynamic team.
* Day-to-day communication activities (managing social media channels, website and newsletter)
* Draft press releases, build and maintain relationships with online, broadcast and print media
* Promote awareness and build understanding of the charity among key target audiences
* Supporter engagement - delivering highly effective communications to agreed strategies to maximise supporter engagement and income
This is perfect for those of you who have a strong track record of communications, especially within social media and drafting press releases, stories and announcements. Experience of supporter engagement and the ability to lead and motivate supporters will go a long way in this role. Knowledge and awareness of the health and charity sector would be ideal.
