New Business Manager
We are able to consider this role on a full time or a part-time basis, with part-time working a minimum of 30 hours per week.
At JDRF we are improving the lives of people with type 1 diabetes until we find the cure. We do this by funding research to cure, treat and prevent type 1 diabetes. We also provide information for children and adults living with the condition at all stages from diagnosis and beyond. We give a voice to people with type 1 diabetes and campaign for an increased focus on and funding for research to find the cure.
We are really excited to be recruiting for our first New Business Manager to approach, negotiate and secure new long term mutually beneficial corporate partnerships. We are proud of our work to date but need a talented and driven individual to develop a pipeline of high value corporate partnerships and lead on the preparation and delivery of pitches to prospective partners. Building positive relationships both internally and externally is key to being successful in this role.
You will have previous experience of working in a new business role, achieving and exceeding targets and developing strategic business partnerships opportunities. Demonstrable experience of developing and delivering compelling and successful proposals and (formal or informal) pitches is essential.
