PR and Communications Coordinator
Prospectus is pleased to be partnering with a vital and cutting edge charity that provides emergency trauma care to critically injured people across the capital. They are now looking to recruit a PR and Communications Coordinator to join the team on a 12 month maternity contract.
Reporting to the Head of PR & Communications this person will provide overarching creative and editorial support to the organisation, ensuring that the charity's messages are communicated effectively to a wide-ranging audience. The PR & Communications Coordinator will be responsible for producing content for digital outlets, drafting and distributing press releases to stakeholders as well as managing internal communications. Additionally, this person will be involved across the charity and will actively collaborate with others on fundraising and communications projects where applicable.
In order to be successful in this role, it is essential that you have an understanding of public relations and communications as well as demonstrable experience utilising social media. This person will be highly organised and able to work flexibly to accommodate the communications needs of the charity. We are seeking an individual who has excellent communication skills, who enjoys building strong and positive relationships with stakeholders.
