We are looking to appoint a highly professional, experienced Executive Assistant to support the Senior Management team, including Heads of Departments, The Company Secretary and the Director of Corporate Services.
The role will include traditional duties and responsibilities such as:
-Being the principle point of contact
-Set customer service expectations
-Complex diary management
-Co-ordination board and committee meetings
-Amending and Reviewing reports
-Collating important confidential data
-Covering Reception when required
Its crucial you have great attention to detail, Housing sector experience, & empathy. You should be hard-working , professional and work to exceptionally high standards.
