They are currently looking to recruit a Lettings Officer to effectively and efficiently manage the allocation process for the Association. As Lettings Officer, you will present, market and allocate a broad portfolio of general let properties for rent ensuring that the association’s targets are achieved. You will implement the letting process within the designated area ensuring that waiting lists are managed, suitable customers are identified and tenancies commence at the earliest opportunity.
Good all round admin skills and Knowledge of the lettings process within social and/or private housing is a must. You will take a pro-active role in the lettings and allocation process with the motivation to achieve results. Ideally you will have an understanding of contact management systems to record customer information and improve service delivery, though this is not essential.
Due to the nature of this role, you are required to hold a driving licence and have access to a car for work purposes.
