Unicef is here for every child in danger. We help more children than any other organisation. We keep them safe when war or disaster strike. We provide life-saving food, clean water and vaccinations. We protect them from violence and exploitation. We give them a safe place to laugh and play. We get them into school and give them the chance of a better future. All over the world, including in the UK, we are working with our partners and supporters to make the world a safer place for every child.

This is an exciting and unique opportunity to work with one of Unicef's Goodwill Ambassadors and their influential networks to advocate for children's rights at the highest level and to leverage significant funds for Unicef's global programmes.

This individual will work across the global Unicef family, the executive team, senior stakeholders at Unicef UK and with high profile external stakeholders.

The Director will be responsible for leading a project team that creates opportunities for major brand partnerships to deliver highly ambitious campaigns, innovative fundraising initiatives and cause related marketing utilising the ambassador's brand to reach new, influential and high value audiences.

Commercially focused with a high level of gravitas and emotional intelligence, you will have a track record of brokering major global brand partnerships, commercial sponsorships and merchandising deals or million pound corporate fundraising relationships. You will have experience of leading and managing a project team, and of working effectively with senior stakeholders both internally and externally. You will have excellent brand awareness and are most likely to have worked in an agency specialising in fashion, entertainment or FMCG. Alternatively, you will have experience of working with publicists or celebrities at the highest level.
