About the role

As BHF strives to become more digital and customer focused, we are implementing some major change programmes. You will join a growing team of Business Analysts and be involved in a wide variety of projects; some current projects include a new Intranet, Office 365 deployment, a new grants management system, a major IT Security programme, upgrades to our CRM and fundraising systems and other key operational and infrastructure programmes.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Business Analyst who can make an active contribution to developing the Business Analysis service within BHF. You'll work closely with Programme and Project Managers, and senior users in varied areas of BHF to gather and articulate requirements for business improvement initiatives, help re-design processes and define new ways of working. You will be involved in the full life cycle of projects including assisting the testing and promoting and embedding the agreed changes in processes.

About you

The successful candidate will be proactive, have experience of working on large business change initiatives and knowledge of modern methodologies, systems and architectures.

As well as being excellent at developing business processes you'll have demonstrable experience working on agile development projects with multiple stakeholders.
