Compliance and Training Officer
An exciting opportunity has presented itself for a Compliance and Training Officer to become an integral member of Individual Giving, within our Fundraising Department, on a 12 month fixed term contract.
The purpose of this role is to manage the day to day monitoring, improvement and implementation of legislative requirements and best practice guidelines, as well as training delivery across all Face to Face acquisition.
Responsibilities of this role include;
- Monitoring compliance across Face to Face Fundraising
- Assist in standardising all training materials, fundraiser collateral and training delivery
- Support the implementation of an effective training policy
Essential requirements for this role include;
- Relevant experience in a similar role.
- Proven understanding of compliance and best practice
- Experience of developing and delivering training programmes such as ‘’train the trainer’’
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
Experience of face to face fundraising or Tele fundraising is highly desirable.

Role details: 35 hours per week, 12 month fixed term contract
Location: National, Flexible on location, successful candidate should be preferably based in South East England. Frequent travel to Central Office, Burghfield Common is required.
