About The Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for two talented Strategic Communications Officers to join their Brand and Strategic Communications team. There are two positions available.
The role encompasses planning and coordinating the delivery of key projects for the Brand and Strategic Communications team.
You will support the Senior Planning Manager to coordinate the delivery of communications materials, projects and campaigns. You will need strong planning skills as this role will be pivotal in the management of print and digital communications materials, with key responsibilities for supporting with the development of new planning processes and systems for the delivery of projects and campaigns.
With a passion for exceptional communications, you will have a proven track record of successful account management, preferably in a brand or marketing communications environment. You’ll have a good understanding of the principles and practice of marketing communications, and strong copywriting and proof-reading skills. A knowledge of audience insights would be beneficial.
You will be confident working independently and as part of a team and have outstanding organisational skills. Working across the Income and Engagement Directorate, you will have excellent interpersonal, relationship management and negotiation skills, with a positive and proactive approach.
Your outstanding track record in account planning or project management will be essential in this role and your ability to plan and manage projects from conception to completion will be a real asset.
