About the role
We're looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual in our Retention team for a 12 month maternity cover. You'll be responsible for retaining and developing existing supporters across a range of cash, regular giving and gaming products.
We aim to provide an experience that will maximise lifetime value to the charity, this is predominantly by generating repeat cash donations, retaining and upgrading regular gifts, and by developing customer journeys which deepen relationships with our supporters.
You'll play a key role in delivering inspirational direct marketing campaigns across a variety of media including direct mail, email, SMS and telemarketing. You will also work with the wider team to develop digital programmes in order to add value to our existing products.
You will have strong direct marketing and retention experience, as well as experience of campaigning. You will also have project and agency management skills and experience.
With excellent communication and relationship building skills you will show a demonstrable understanding of supporter behaviour, as well as drivers of loyalty and engagement. With strong organisational skills, you'll have the ability to manage campaign budgets, monitoring and analysing of outcomes of campaigns.
