Supporting the Development of the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives
Liaising and working with other departments, hubs, key stakeholders and marketing partners to facilitate a consistent approach to the marketing plans
Creating compelling copy and visual media for our website and social media channels, in line with best practices, that attracts and converts our target groups
Producing valuable and engaging content for our intranet that enhances our Corporate Social Responsibility
Organising and attending events to meet new and existing clients, managing the relationships of these clients
Staying up to date with the latest developments and trends to ensure output is continually relevant
Running advertising campaigns using social media platforms, billboards etc
Monitoring social networks for brand management and engagement opportunities
Taking ownership of customer enquiries; seeking to resolve issues and procure positive outcomes in a timely manner;
Managing website updates and promotional tools such as business cards, handbook print, taxi magnets etc.
Analysing and interpreting data to produce performance reports and to present information for board meetings;
Managing budgets and reporting on the effectiveness of campaigns;
Carrying out necessary administrative duties as required
Graduate in business management, marketing or related discipline
Ideally part or fully Accredited Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) qualification
Marketing and social media management (agency or client side)
Proven in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets
Experience in budget control
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
Demonstrate computer literacy with particular knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint associated packages
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with the key stakeholders at all levels of the business.
£27,000-£35,000 + free car parking, 25 days holidays & bank holidays, laptop and a smart phone.
