Are you a team player with an interest in data, keen to develop your skills working with supporter databases?

Friends of the Earth is recruiting for a Supporter Insight Assistant. If you love using data to reach different audiences and working in collaboration with others – then we'd love to hear from you.

This is an opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge of data management for fundraising, providing practical support for environmental campaigning. In this role, you will support our Insight Analysts in maintaining accurate data in our CRM system and setting up data selections for fundraising and our campaigning work.

Main Responsibilities

  • Support in the set-up of data selections for fundraising campaigns

  • Take responsibility for the secure transferral of incoming and outgoing data files

  • Working with colleagues in our fundraising and activism teams to establish data requirements

  • Liaise with external agencies on data requirements as appropriate

You will bring strong organisational skills, experience of using Microsoft Excel to manipulate data and the ability to communicate clearly with non-technical audiences. Knowledge of supporter CRM systems would be an advantage.

You'll need to have meticulous attention to detail, a systematic, disciplined and analytical approach to problem solving and solid numerical literacy.
