Grants Administrator and PA
Are you an accomplished and experienced administrator who works very well independently? Are you looking to work for a highly prolific and long established grant making body?
Our client, a long established organisation which provides research funding in the educational sector, is looking for an exceptional Grants Administrator and PA for a six month contract to start as soon as possible.
Based in modern offices in the City of London the post holder will be fulfilling a range of administrative duties to support the Director and wider team and will also be providing PA duties by way of diary management, arranging travel and organising meetings. In addition to this the incumbent will be responsible for events organisation, grants administration and liaising with Board members including minuting meetings and distributing agendas. The post holder will also be the first point of contact for external enquiries to the office.
To be considered for this role, candidates will be highly experienced and confident administrators with exceptional organisational skills who can work using their own initiative, independently with minimal supervision. Communication skills should be first class and the successful candidate will have proven ability to liaise with a variety of senior stakeholders from a research and educational background. The ideal applicant will possess strong IT skills, will have excellent attention to detail and will work with diplomacy and discretion. Some experience as a PA or EA and managing or coordinating events would be highly advantageous.
