We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Fundraising Executive to join our Community Fundraising and Challenge Events team at Barnardo’s. This varied role will encompass support across community fundraising programmes, challenge events and the special event portfolio. You will be an integral member of the team, working closely with the Community Fundraising Manager and Community Fundraising Officer’s to grow income.

You will provide essential support in the delivery of fundraising projects, resources and materials. You will have experience of working in a fundraising environment, working with supporters and/or organisations. Experienced in coordinating event support, you will be an excellent communicator, confident in communicating with internal and external audiences. You will have an excellent understanding of what is necessary to deliver a high quality service to supporters and fundraisers. You will use your strong time management skills to help support the Community Fundraising Manager in the delivery of fundraising projects and programmes, across different fundraising streams. You will use project management skills to manage the fundraising merchandise for the team. You will use your creative skills and initiative to seek ways to improve our fundraising offering. You will use your excellent copywriting skills to produce fundraising marketing and communication collateral. You will use your sound digital skills to ensure our social media work and web content is relevant and engaging to our supporters.
