The Outreach and Quality Assurance Manager will develop the Charity's strategy for social replication. The post holder will manage a specialist team responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring future franchise or licence agreements that enable other providers and community based groups to deliver specific support services and activities.
Key Responsibilities:

-Develop and implement a strategy for social replication, which will see other providers and community groups
-Lead the promotion of the Charity's social replication offer, working closely with central Marketing and Media Teams, providing relevant guidance and advice on the Charity's social replication offer.
-Lead the Outreach and Quality Assurance Team to ensure all income generation opportunities available to the Charity via social replication, transition and enabling are identified and secured.
-Working with the Partnerships and Development Manager, identify and secure partnerships with external agencies, community groups, local businesses etc to ensure transition of the Charity's services to external groups and organisations.
-Lead the identification and development

Candidate requirements:

-Educated to degree level or equivalent business experience.
-Professional qualification in Marketing or Business Development or equivalent business experience.
-Qualification or in-house training in Quality Assurance
-Sound understanding of social replication methodology and process.
-Demonstrable experience of having successfully reproduced services across geographies.
-Understanding of the process involved in developing, running and managing franchise or other forms of social replication in order to extend impact and reach.
-Skilled in sales business development and/or marketing. In-depth knowledge of Quality Assurance and its application.
