Position: Support Workers (Outreach / Day Services) 
Location: Bradford, Keighley, Burley in Wharfedale 
Hours: Various - full and part-time hours available 
Salary: £7.40 - £7.59 per hour dependent on age, probation & qualifications

About the Role: 
Outreach has some exciting opportunities available for individuals to support people with Autistic Spectrum Conditions and Learning Disabilities. These roles involve supporting people within their own home environments/out and about accessing the community and within their new Specialist Outreach service provision. 

As a Support Worker, there’s no such a thing as a typical day – every day is interesting and varied. From providing personal care or emotional support at one of their community Hubs to supporting someone with person-centred goals or accessing the local community – you will be providing support that makes a real difference to people’s lives. 

About You: 
In this role you will be supporting adults with learning disabilities in a huge range of everyday tasks and leisure activities. Experience isn’t essential but you should possess the knowledge and confidence to enable people to live a more fulfilling and independent life. 

An understanding and commitment to meeting the needs of, experiences and aspirations of people with Autistic Spectrum Conditions and Learning Disabilities is a must. Being a driver will be an advantage.
