Do you have a proven track record of fundraising, business development and building relationships?
Across the Science Museum Group, we are committed to sustaining and growing our unique collections to reveal wonder to our audiences, allowing them to have fun and learn about science in an informal environment.
To support us with this and our ongoing 'masterplan' work, we are looking for a Senior Development Executive to champion and manage the individual Patrons programme at the National Railway Museum in York.
With our ambitious redevelopment plans over the coming years, you will be responsible for delivering increased and sustainable income from individuals. In this role, you will proactively grow our Patrons programme, developing fundraising strategies which maximise continued giving to our museum and promoting our legacy income generation.
You will have experience of fundraising or business development and strong skills cultivating and developing individual client partnerships, planning and delivering engaging events which encourage uplift or further business opportunities. You will have strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills, as well as resilience and drive.
