Customer Service Assistant - Temporary Role - Youth Charity
A leading youth charity, supporting disadvantaged young people to get back on track, are looking for a Customer Services Assistant to support the Customer Services Team in a fast paced environment. You will be driven and a confident communicator, providing front-line support to young people, helping the team to deliver an excellent customer service.
You will be responding to large volumes of telephone calls, emails, texts and postal queries whilst working towards their standards, targets and SLAs. You will be providing advice to young people who want to access their programmes, recording basic information on their brand new CRM system and maintaining an effective switchboard service for the organisation.
This is a key frontline role; the successful candidate will be an outstanding communicator. They aim to provide excellent customer service to everyone who contacts them via telephone, email or post. The Customer Services team plays a key role in ensuring that a client's first contact with them is a positive experience and leads to a successful outcome.
