Standalone HR Manager
This is a true generalist role, your duties will include business as usual activities such as recruitment and employee relations whilst working on the delivery of the HR strategy. This organisation which currently sits at approx 100 in headcount is keen to bring in a passionate CIPD qualified HR with experience in a previous standalone role. The is an organisation with small amounts of ER, meaning you can focus on activities such as developing and coaching managers to be better in their roles.
The organisation are close knit and you will work closely with the organisations senior management team and CEO. As a valuable member of the organisation you will be proactive in your approach and be able to manage expectations of managers and senior management. You will be comfortable influencing at the highest level, ensuring your rapport building is on point from day one.
